Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to convene Israel's political-security cabinet tonight at 8:00 p.m., following a security consultation with a limited number of senior defense officials on Tuesday evening.
The meeting comes amid heightened tensions with Iran and reports that U.S. Central Command has prepared plans for renewed military strikes against Tehran, potentially beginning as early as November 4.
