Two separate attempted attacks were reported in the West Bank on Monday, just hours apart, one in the Hebron Hills and another in the Binyamin Hills. No Israelis were injured in either incident.

In the first incident, near Bani Naim in the Hebron Hills, the IDF said a vehicle carrying three Palestinians accelerated toward Israeli troops and struck an army vehicle. Soldiers opened fire at the vehicle, hitting all three occupants. According to medics, one Palestinian was killed, another was seriously wounded and a third was lightly wounded. The IDF said none of its troops were injured and forces established roadblocks and conducted searches in the area.

Several hours later, another incident unfolded near Hanania Farm, an Israeli farm outpost near the Palestinian village of Ramoun in the Binyamin Hills. According to police, a Palestinian man allegedly set fire to a vehicle belonging to the farm before threatening residents with a knife. Residents struck the suspect with a vehicle, neutralizing the threat. No Israelis were injured.

The IDF initially said two suspects had been identified in the area, prompting a manhunt after one fled. Later Monday evening, the IDF and Shin Bet said forces had apprehended the second suspect, along with another person suspected of involvement in the attempted attack.
