A Tel Aviv-bound FlyDubai aircraft appears to have reversed course over Saudi Arabia after declaring an in-flight emergency.
The plane, which had departed Dubai, transmitted squawk code 7700, a universal aviation signal used when an aircraft is facing an emergency situation.
It is not yet clear what prompted the alert or the change in direction.
