The US Treasury Department has announced a fresh round of Iran-related sanctions, targeting multiple individuals, entities and vessels. At the same time, it issued a new general license permitting certain wind-down activities, limited safety and environmental transactions, and the offloading of cargo involving parties or ships designated on July 14.
