Projectiles struck near the power plant on Iran's Kish Island in the Persian Gulf, damaging equipment at the facility, according to sources. Kish Water and Power Engineering said technical equipment had been damaged, that temporary blackouts were unavoidable, and that repair assessments were under way. Sources reported further attacks on power infrastructure elsewhere in Iran, which BNN was not able to independently verify.
