The U.S. military is striking Iranian targets in the area of the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation for an Iranian attack this morning on a commercial tanker, a U.S. official said. Iranian state-linked media reported multiple explosions in the Sirik area on Iran's southern coast near the strait of Hormuz.
