Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said a final, agreed-upon text of the peace deal between the United States and Iran had been reached, in a statement on X. Sharif, whose government has been mediating between the two sides, said Pakistan was working closely with both to finalize the next steps and that "peace has never been this close as it is now." He said he was aware of what he called an "incessant misinformation campaign" by those seeking to sabotage the deal.
