Israeli officials are concerned that U.S. President Donald Trump will move to restrict Israeli operations in Lebanon and press to scale back activity not only in the Dahieh district of Beirut but across Lebanon more broadly, BNN has learned. Senior Israeli figures are working around the clock to head off such a step, and last week's trilateral agreement between Israel, Lebanon, and the United States was intended to help sever the link between Tehran and Lebanon.
