The Israeli air force struck a petrochemical facility in Mahshahr in southern Iran overnight. Sources in Iran said the strike was part of the wider Israeli assault on around 20 targets across the country, including Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, a drone assembly facility in Najafabad, a Revolutionary Guards complex in Eslamabad, a ballistic missile site in Tabriz, sites in the western suburbs of Tehran, and targets in Isfahan.
