Channels affiliated with the Iranian regime said an emergency session of Iran's Supreme National Security

Channels affiliated with the Iranian regime said an emergency session of Iran's Supreme National Security Council concluded a short time ago and that "a decision has been made," wording the channels linked to Tehran's response to today's Israeli strike in the Dahieh district of southern Beirut.
A senior Iranian lawmaker on the parliament's national security committee, Ebrahim Rezaei, said Tehran would give "a decisive and painful response" to the strike and told audiences to "look at the skies of the occupied territories tonight." Iranian state media said the Revolutionary Guards' Khatam al-Anbiya central headquarters is on alert and prepared to activate what Tehran calls its "True Promise 5" operation. Iran's foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, warned last week that an attack on Beirut would draw a forceful Iranian response, as we reported earlier.
