Iran's semi-official Fars News Agency disclosed moments ago what it described as the gap between Washington and Tehran in the stalled negotiations, publishing the conditions each side has set for any further talks. The IRGC-affiliated outlet did not cite a source, and Washington has not publicly commented on the stipulations.

According to Fars, the United States has presented five demands:

\- No compensation or damages paid to Iran

\- Transfer of 400 kilograms of enriched uranium to American custody

\- Only one Iranian nuclear facility permitted to remain operational

\- No release of Iran's frozen overseas assets

\- Ceasefire conditional on the holding of negotiations, not guaranteed in advance

Iran, according to the same report, has set its own preconditions for any talks:

\- Full ceasefire on all fronts, with particular emphasis on Lebanon

\- Lifting of all anti-Iran sanctions

\- Release of frozen Iranian assets

\- Compensation for war damages

\- Recognition of Iranian sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz

The disclosure comes as Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi continues a two-day mediation visit to Tehran.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the situation at the start of the cabinet meeting marking. "We eliminated the number one in Hamas, the chief murderer al-Haddad. I promised that we would return all of our hostages, and we returned them all," Netanyahu stated. "All the architects of the massacre and all the architects of the abductions will be eliminated, down to the last one, and we are getting very close to completing the mission." On Iran, Netanyahu stated, "Our eyes are also open with regard to Iran. I will speak today, as I do every few days, with our friend President Trump. I will certainly hear impressions from his trip to China, and perhaps other things as well. There are many possibilities, and we are ready for every scenario."
