Tehran has transmitted its response to the latest United States proposal to end the war, Iran's official government news agency announced moments ago. The semi-official Tasnim agency, citing the state outlet, stated that the response was conveyed today through the Pakistani mediator. Under the proposed plan, negotiations at this stage will focus on ending the war in the region, the agency stated. The contents of Tehran's reply have not been disclosed.
