U.S. Central Command confirmed tonight that it targeted Iranian military facilities, including missile and drone launch sites, command and control locations, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance nodes.
The statement formalizes Washington's confirmation of tonight's strikes on Qeshm Port and Bandar Abbas, after a senior U.S. official told Fox News earlier that the operation does not constitute a restart of the war.
