The IDF says it carried out strikes on eight bridge segments

By Sammy,

The IDF says it carried out strikes on eight bridge segments, including rail crossings and connected road infrastructure, used by Iran's armed forces to transport weapons and military equipment.

According to the IDF, the strikes took place across several areas in Iran, including Tehran, Karaj, Tabriz, Kashan, and Qom. The military says the crossings were targeted to prevent the transfer of weapons and equipment, which it says are used to carry out attacks against Israel and other countries in the region.

The IDF adds that prior to the strikes, warnings were issued advising civilians to avoid train travel, and that measures were taken to reduce harm to civilians, including aerial surveillance and the use of precise munitions. It says it will continue acting against infrastructure used by Iranian forces for military activity.
