According to IDF assessments, a ballistic missile fired at central Israel carried a cluster bomb warhead, causing damage from dispersed submunitions.
Rescue forces and medics are responding at impact sites. A second missile triggered sirens in the Eilat area and is believed to have landed in an open area.
No injuries have been reported.
