ELAL has suspended its regular flight schedule as aviation restrictions continue to impact travel.
Outbound flights from Israel are not operating through April 18, and humanitarian flights have also been halted. In place of the regular schedule, only a limited number of controlled flights are taking place from select international cities, operating under strict passenger caps.
With availability extremely limited, passengers are being assigned seats based on specific criteria, with priority given to humanitarian and medical cases.
Customers affected by cancellations are eligible for refunds or future travel credit. Those who purchased tickets on or before February 28 for departures scheduled through April 18 can cancel and receive compensation. Travelers who booked through agents are advised to contact them directly for assistance.
