In the previous barrage around 10 ballistic missiles were fired at central Israel in the largest Iranian barrage since the early days of the war. Most were intercepted, with the IDF saying some were allowed to hit open areas according to protocol. One missile carrying a cluster warhead spread submunitions across central Israel, with impacts reported at the Geha interchange, Tel Aviv, Holon, Bat Yam, Petah Tikva, and Beit Shemesh. No injuries have been reported. No further threats are currently inbound.
The IAF simultaneously launched what the military described as an "extensive" wave of strikes in Tehran, targeting dozens of Iranian regime infrastructure sites. "Simultaneously, the Air Force is operating to intercept the threat in all regions," the IDF said.
