Following Iranian missile strikes on southern Israel, United Hatzalah emergency teams are handling two separate mass casualty incidents in both Dimona and Arad, where multiple impact sites have been identified.
Dozens of individuals are currently receiving medical care, with injuries ranging from light to severe, and several reported unconscious. Large numbers of medics, paramedics, and physicians have been rushed in from nearby areas to support the ongoing response, as teams work under difficult conditions to provide urgent treatment and evacuations.
United Hatzalah's Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit is also active at both scenes, assisting those suffering from shock and anxiety. Emergency crews are expected to remain deployed overnight as efforts continue.
