An Iranian ballistic missile barrage targeted central Israel and the southern city of Eilat. Local authorities in Eilat say air defenses intercepted a missile carrying a cluster bomb warhead above the city.
Following the attack, MDA teams are scanning several locations where impacts were indicated. It remains unclear whether the reports refer to direct missile strikes, falling fragments from interceptions, or submunitions from the cluster warhead. No injuries have been reported.
