Follow up on the latest barrages: Israel's Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that Dan district crews responded to five impact scenes, all caused by shrapnel from a cluster munition. Two buildings sustained structural damage, with impacts also hitting an open area and a car wash. Two people were seriously injured and two lightly injured.
In a separate incident on the northern border, an IAF combat helicopter intercepted a hostile drone. During the interception attempt, a small number of homes in Israeli territory were struck by cannon shells fired during the engagement. No injuries were reported. The IDF says the incident is under investigation.
