Three Palestinians are dead after Israeli civilians attacked Palestinian homes near Khirbet Abu Falah

Three Palestinians are dead after Israeli civilians attacked Palestinian homes near Khirbet Abu Falah in the West Bank overnight Sunday, the IDF confirmed. Two were killed by gunfire and a third died from suffocation. IDF and Border Police forces were dispatched to the scene and used crowd dispersal measures against those involved.
The Commander of Central Command, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, immediately examined the incident alongside police and Border Police representatives. A criminal investigation has been opened. Bluth called it "an unacceptable incident," stating there will be "zero tolerance for civilians who take the law into their own hands."
"These actions are dangerous, they do not represent the Jewish people or the State of Israel, and they divert us from our mission of defending the population," Bluth said. "Especially at a time when the IDF is striking our bitter enemies, Iran and Hezbollah, with a firm hand, we cannot allow reckless internal violence to undermine the rule of law and the security of the region."
The IDF said several incidents involving violence against both Palestinians and Israeli civilians have occurred in recent days, adding that it views them with the utmost severity.
