U.S. Special Operations Command Central is relaying a directive from U.S. Cyber Command instructing all U.S. service members to disable location services on all electronic devices immediately. Iran has compromised multiple consumer applications, including Uber, Talabat, and Snapchat, in a coordinated cyberattack targeting U.S. military personnel and their families. Service members, their spouses, and affiliated civilians are being urged to practice extreme operational security.
