Following last night's missile strike in Tel Aviv, more details have emerged about the damage and casualties. The IDF confirmed it was a direct, complete missile hit on an older residential building that lacked private protected spaces, leaving residents dependent on public shelters. Most occupants were evacuated, but a nursing mother remained inside, and tragically, her caregiver, a Filipino foreign worker, was killed instantly.

The Tel Aviv Municipality says that around 40 buildings were damaged to varying degrees, and approximately 200 residents were evacuated to hotels while emergency teams assessed structural risks. Rescue crews worked through the night to contain fires, search for additional victims, and treat the more than 20 people injured in the blast.

Authorities continue to stress adherence to Home Front Command instructions as investigations and damage assessments proceed.
