El Al has reportedly begun to fly all of its civillian planes out of Israel

By Yonatan,

El Al has reportedly begun to fly all of its civillian planes out of Israel. Similarly, El Al did so during the previous 12-Day War, in order to protect its fleet from potential damage or destruction by Iranian missiles or drones.

The airplanes were evacuated to numerous airports across Europe, including airports in Athens, Bucharest, Budapest, Paris, and Rome. In addition, El Al is preparing for massive repatriation flights for Israelis stranded outside if Israel. However, Israeli airslace remains closed until further notice.

Further, El Al has suspended all new-flight bookings through March 21st. Passengers who had their flights cancelled will be given top priority for new tickets when the airspace reopens. At the same time, Ben Gurion Airport remains closed until Monday, March 2nd, at the earliest.
