In a Hebrew-language video statement, he urges them, "Don't miss the opportunity," adding that "this is a once-in-a-generation opportunity." He continues, "Soon your moment will come," saying it will be "the moment when you must take to the streets in your masses... to complete the work to bring down the regime of horrors that embitters your lives."
