Iranian state media is spreading what appears to be disinformation about a girls' school being struck

By Bernie,

Iranian state media is spreading what appears to be disinformation about a girls' school being struck in Minab, with casualty figures climbing from 24 to 36 to 40 dead within hours.

The claim is false. Sources on the ground say the facility, known as Shajara Tayyiba school, sits directly adjacent to an IRGC naval base on Resalat Boulevard, next to the IRGC's Asef Brigade headquarters. The school was built specifically for children of IRGC personnel.

The site currently houses IRGC administrative, command, and medical facilities. The primary missile infrastructure was previously relocated to a military base near Sirik and Kohestak, approximately 65 kilometers away toward Jask.

This follows a well-established Iranian regime pattern of fabricating civilian casualties for propaganda purposes during military confrontations.
