Areas affected include Adora, Adorim, Mishor Adumim Industrial Zone, Ibei HaNachal, Alon, Alon Shvut, Eliav, Elazar, Afka, Efrat, Beit HaBeracha, Beit Haggai, Beitar Illit, Bnei Dekalim, Bar Kokhva, Bat Ayin, Giv'ot, Giv'ah HaTzehuvah, Hebron Jewish settlement, Har Gilo, surrounding farms, Migdal Oz, Ma'ale Adumim, Kfar Etzion, Kiryat Arba, Tekoa, and Tekoa D.
