Strikes are now extending beyond Tehran, with reports of hits in the holy city of Qom. Iran's civil aviation authority has closed all Iranian airspace. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been moved to a secure location outside Tehran, Reuters reports.
