The third round of indirect U.S.-Iran negotiations has begun at the Omani embassy in Geneva, Iran's ISNA news agency reported.
Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi gave a thumbs up when asked if he was optimistic about the talks.
However, a source close to the Revolutionary Guards told Noor News that Iran will not discuss its ballistic missile program. "Expecting Iran to negotiate on its missiles is illogical, unrealistic, and highly irresponsible. National defense measures are not bargaining chips," the source said. "Reiterating the call to talk about missiles conveys a lack of seriousness and constitutes a recipe for deliberate failure. This is precisely Israel's method."
