Opposition leader Yair Lapid addressed the AIPAC conference in Washington via video, sending a message of unity to the Iranian regime.
"There is a good chance that we are on the verge of a campaign against Iran. If this campaign comes, and it must come, we will all put everything aside," Lapid said. "Prime Minister Netanyahu and I will set aside our disagreements for the defense of the state and the people of Israel. All of Israel will unite behind our soldiers and pilots."
Lapid said he would enlist in Israeli advocacy efforts as he did during previous operations. "I will go wherever needed, from CNN to the British Parliament, and tell them: You know I am the opposition leader, you know Netanyahu and I are rivals, but Iran must be attacked with full force. The rule of the Ayatollahs must be overthrown."
