According to a statement from the Israel Police, four residents of northern Israel were recently arrested on suspicion of planning a shooting attack targeting soldiers in the Galilee city of Karmiel. The group includes two teenagers, 19 year old Ahmad Sarhan and 18 year old Muhammad Khalil, along with two minors, all of whom are expected to face charges in court today. Police said the suspects had undergone training in preparation for the alleged assault and one of the minors reportedly expressed support for ISIS. Blurred footage released by authorities shows National Guard officers raiding at least one of the suspects' homes.
