Israeli home front preparedness has reached a level similar to that before Operation Rising Lion in June, Kan News reported. Israel is preparing for missile fire that could last weeks, with assessments that Iran will target population centers as it did during that operation.
Israeli security officials told Kan News that Israel is also preparing for a scenario in which Iran strikes first. Officials said that if Iran attacks Israel in response to an American strike, Israel will respond with its own attack and will not accept any damage to its sovereignty or security.
