United Hatzalah has instructed its volunteers across Israel to temporarily suspend use of oxygen canisters
By Bernie,
United Hatzalah has instructed its volunteers across Israel to temporarily suspend use of oxygen canisters following an emergency directive issued by the Ministry of Health to all medical institutions and emergency response bodies nationwide.
The directive is part of a preventive technical review being conducted by the ministry in coordination with a medical oxygen supplier. Officials said the step is precautionary in nature.
United Hatzalah said its logistics and medical divisions have begun replacing the oxygen canisters with approved alternative equipment to ensure uninterrupted emergency medical care.
