The IDF says it targeted several terror operatives in separate incidents across the Gaza Strip over the past day, including overnight activity in both Rafah and the central Strip.
In the central Gaza Strip overnight, troops from the Kfir Brigade identified four armed terrorists on the Israeli side of the Yellow Line who were approaching forces in a way the military said posed an immediate threat. The IAF carried out an airstrike, killing all four operatives, according to the army.
Separately, the IDF says eight additional terror operatives emerged from a tunnel in Rafah overnight and were targeted in airstrikes, with at least three of them reported killed. In other incidents yesterday, the military said it struck a Hamas operative on the Hamas side of the ceasefire line who was allegedly planning an attack on troops, while another operative who crossed the Yellow Line was killed by IDF forces.
