France has shifted its position to support designating Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization on the European Union's list, according to an Élysée Palace source. With France's backing, all EU members are now in favor of proscribing the IRGC, according to the Wall Street Journal. The designation could take place in the coming days.
