Flight tracking data shows U.S. military assets are now focused on reinforcing air defenses in Saudi Arabia

By Bernie,

Flight tracking data shows U.S. military assets are now focused on reinforcing air defenses in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE, according to the Military Air Tracking Alliance. Flights into Jordan have dropped off noticeably after several days of operations.

The tracking data, current as of 11:45 UTC on January 25, shows continued movement of cargo and tanker aircraft toward the Middle East. Multiple KC-135R Stratotanker aircraft are positioned at locations throughout the region, with additional tankers staged at bases in Spain, Germany, and the UK that could support a bomber mission from the continental United States. Two Israeli Air Force KC-707 tankers, callsigns 272 and 260, were observed conducting exercises. Several Bahrain Royal Flight VIP aircraft, including Gulfstream G650, G600, and G700 jets, flew from Bahrain to an undisclosed location.
