IDF Spokesperson Brigadier General Effie Defrin said the military conducted operations across all fronts this week, including strikes on Hezbollah operatives in Lebanon, a counterterrorism operation in the Yehuda territorial brigade area, and strikes on armed individuals who violated the ceasefire in Gaza.
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir visited the Home Front Command and air defense units this week, Defrin said. Zamir met with air and ground crews at F-35 "Adir" squadrons and visited Military Intelligence, the Yehuda brigade sector in Hebron, and the Cave of the Patriarchs. The Chief of Staff assessed readiness for surprise scenarios and various operational options, Defrin said.
"The IDF is optimally prepared both in defense and offense," Defrin said. "There is no change in Home Front Command instructions." Defrin urged the public to follow only official sources and ignore rumors.
