A joint statement by foreign ministers says eight Muslim-majority countries will each send a representative

By Sammy,

A joint statement by foreign ministers says eight Muslim-majority countries will each send a representative to the Board of Peace, a US-led forum established by Donald Trump. The participating states are Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

According to the announcement, Egypt, Pakistan, and the UAE had already committed to joining, while the remaining five had delayed a decision. The shift includes Saudi Arabia, which had stayed publicly silent despite repeated appeals from Trump, who openly pressed Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to take part.
