Iran's top diplomat has signaled a potential opening to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States, saying Tehran would be willing to enter talks only if they take place without pressure or coercion.
In an interview with Al Jazeera Arabic, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran does not currently view Washington as prepared for what he described as "fair and just" dialogue. However, he added that if the US changes its approach, Tehran would give serious consideration to returning to the negotiating table.
