At the signing of a new cooperation declaration with Germany's Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt

By Sammy,

At the signing of a new cooperation declaration with Germany's Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel's adversaries must understand that "our eyes are on them at all times and in every place," as the two countries committed to deepen joint work on security, cyber defense and counter-terror activity.

Netanyahu stressed that the threat posed by Tehran extends far beyond Israel, warning that "Iran and its proxies - Hezbollah, Hamas and the Houthis - pose a threat not only to Israel but to regional stability and international security."

Describing the new framework as far more than a symbolic gesture, Netanyahu said the agreement "translates security commitment into joint action" and formally "anchors Germany's deep commitment to the security of the State of Israel." He added that the deal "elevates the security-technological cooperation between the two countries to a new strategic level," noting that it reflects Germany's historic responsibility in the shadow of the Holocaust.
