Five refurbished Magen David Adom ambulances were recently transferred to the Sweida region in southern Syria as part of a covert operation carried out under strict secrecy. The ambulances were fully equipped with medical gear and handed over to civilians from the Druze community. The transfer was intended to enable the provision of emergency medical services and faster response to urgent medical cases in the area.
