An Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon earlier today killed a Hezbollah operative affiliated with the group's aerial unit, according to the IDF. The strike targeted a vehicle on the outskirts of the village of Jouaiya in the Tyre district, where the operative was involved in rebuilding military infrastructure. The military said this was the second operative from Hezbollah's aerial unit killed in the past two days. According to the statement, the activity constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon. One additional person was reported wounded in the strike.
