The IDF says that a short time ago it carried out a series of strikes against Hezbollah targets, including a Radwan Force training compound where fighters were preparing for attacks on IDF soldiers and civilians.
According to the army, the site was being used for live-fire drills and weapons training, activity it says violates the understandings between Israel and Lebanon. Additional strikes hit several weapons storage facilities and other infrastructure used to advance planned attacks.
The IDF adds that multiple military structures were also targeted in parallel, stressing that all of the sites posed a threat to Israel and that it will continue to act to remove any such danger.
